Bay Saint Louis, MS – Silver Slipper Casino presents twice Grammy-nominated blues master Cedric Burnside and master guitarist, vocalist and grammy award winning Alvin Youngblood Hart on Friday, November 13 from 6pm to 8:30pm for an outdoor BBQ & BLUES concert at 100 Men Hall. BBQ by The Smoking Oyster for purchase in advance.
In light of COVID-19 safe practices, this concert will be held outside, socially distant and with masks. TABLES will be sold in lieu of single tickets - groups of friends buy a table to stay safe in familiar pods. The tables are spaced over 6 feet away from each other. Masks are required when not sitting at your table. Dinner is preordered and there are servers to bring your meal to you.
Purchase a table with friends - your friends reimburse you for the seat price ($25/seat). Table allocation and location based on first purchased.

Cedric Burnside was born with Blues in his blood as he is the descendant of Mississippi Hill Country blues royalty, the grandson of famed R.L. Burnside. The twice Grammy-nominated artist earned his stripes working the drum kit behind his legendary grandfather in juke joints, roadhouses and blues festivals across the country.
Alvin Youngblood Hart was born in Oakland, California, and spent time in his youth in Carroll County, where he was influenced by the Mississippi country blues performed by his relatives. Hart is known as one of the world's foremost practitioners of country blues, one of the earliest forms of blues music. This is Hart’s debut appearance at the 100 Men Hall.
