Yola Jackson

DAY 166 Yola Jackson photographed exclusively for the 100 Men Hall People Project (100MHPP).

My grandmother used to come here and perform; she was with the Creole Gossipers. I started coming in the late 60s to go to dances. It was always crowded; everyone was here in fellowship and good times. I didn’t know until recently that this was a historical place.
